Order

If you want to order from us, you must first register. We collect the following data: Email address, password, name, company, billing and delivery address, telephone number and, of course, your photo(s) based on Art. 6(1)(b) AVG. Data that you transfer to us as part of the order or your enquiries, we use for the execution of the contract. This also includes the associated customer service. This data and/or photos can be deleted at any time upon request. The data will not be deleted insofar as there are still outstanding claims to be collected after the end of the contract. If statutory retention periods exist, the relevant data will be archived for the duration of this period.


Contact form

You have the option of contacting us via a web form. To use our contact form, we need your e-mail address, request, title of address, and your telephone number. You can provide us with more information, but this is not required.

By submitting this web form, you agree to the electronic processing and storage of the data you provide. Basis of the processing is art. 6 paragraph 1 under a AVG. We use your data exclusively for processing your request. Your consent can be revoked at any time, by emailing to: [email protected]

Payment

We save and use your personal data that you give us in the course of an order process based on Art. 6 (1) under b AVG exclusively for the processing of your orders. In doing so, we use your e-mail address for communications about the status of your order.

Cookies


We use cookies on our websites. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your end device and can be read. A distinction is made between session cookies, which are deleted again as soon as you close your browser, and permanent cookies, which are stored across the individual session. Cookies can contain data, which enable recognition of the device used. In part, however, cookies also only contain information about certain settings, which cannot be traced back to individuals. We use session cookies and permanent cookies on our websites. Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1) under f AVG and with the interest of optimising the use of the website and adapting the design of our website.

How we secure your data


Collected (personal) data will not be sold or made available to third parties. This barring special circumstances, e.g. if required by law. In addition, you can request to have your data removed from our files at any time. You do not have to worry about anything happening to your data. The Xpozer website is protected by an SSL certificate.


Data transfer to third parties


We transfer your data (within the scope of an order processing in accordance with Art. 28 AVG) to service providers who support us in operating our website and related processes. Our service providers are subject to strict regulations and contractual obligations towards us. We use the following service providers: e.g. web analysis services, newsletter services, payment services etc.


Data transfer to third countries


We partly transfer your data for order processing to service providers abroad. As an appropriate safeguard for the lawfulness of the data transfer, we have concluded order processing agreements and, where required, EU standard agreements in accordance with Art. 46 (2) (c) AVG with the order processors.

In the case of Google Analytics (US), an adequate level of protection follows from participation in the Privacy Shield Agreement (Art. 45(1) AVG).

Your rights


Under the Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us to inspect your personal data. In addition to inspection, you may also ask us to correct or supplement your data if you have noticed errors or if you would like to do so for any other reason. The same applies to a request to delete your personal data if it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant. Such requests for inspection, correction or opposition can be addressed to our Customer Service: [email protected]


Cookies

If you disable cookies, our shop may not work as well as it should. You may not be able to use certain features of our site. Please note: even if you disable cookies, you may encounter advertisements from us outside our site.
